Natalie Maxwell, Owner
As a resident of Alexandria, Virginia for over two decades, Natalie has applied her Interior Design degree to explore a variety of design avenues. Following a passion for floral design, she enjoyed 13 years as a designer and the Director of Operations at a Florist in Old Town. From there she moved on to floral and prop styling for interior design photography shoots, as well as assisting with materials selections and project management for a local builder. Throughout her experiences in those various design worlds, Natalie discovered that her passion was really in finding ways to create harmony between aesthetics and logistics.
Enter the role of home organizer! This newest path has allowed Natalie to really tap into her love of organization while also providing beautiful storage solutions that fit the clients’ unique needs, preferences, and lifestyle. At Keep it Simple, we will work with you to tackle the problem areas of your home, and design a customized plan that is practical and sustainable. We strive to create a space that not only looks amazing but also feels amazing, a space that you will be proud to show off to your friends and family.
